Hi, I am Yolanda! Some men and women contact me the Beyoncé of cakes. I article my drool-deserving, jaw-dropping caking creations just about every Tuesday at 11am EST! My novelty cakes arrive in all designs and dimensions – giant versions of food items, gross things like brains, movie characters and some of my favourite matters! Fundamentally, I enjoy to build things out of cake, buttercream, fondant, sweet, cookies and anything sweet!
To make this Huge Lasagna Cake, I baked 8lbs of my Greatest Vanilla Cake and stacked it in levels with my 50/50 combine (which is 50% gum paste and 50% fondant), chocolate rice puffs, and a “sauce” of my Italian meringue buttercream and seedless raspberry jam.
